Homeopathy was found to be the second most used health modality globally after Indigenous herbal medicine by the WHO in 2005. It is used in more than 80 countries and is part of the national healthcare systems in the UK, Germany, France, India, Pakistan Sri Lanka, Brazil and Mexico. Cuba is a pioneer of integrative medicine using homeopathy and is supported by the HTSF-Canada in this research and development. With the growing interest in finding methods that support natural healing processes, have less side effects and serious risks, and are green and sustainable, homeopathy's popularity continues to grow world wide. Methods
My approach is to find the system or method that works best for each individual case. Everyone is different! I use the classical method and the MICH method along with theory from many notable modern homeopaths including Griffiths, Loutan, Vermeulen, and Scholten.

I also use HTSF-Canada remedies that offer a low cost method for many acute and chronic cases. This approach is an excellent way to try homeopathy for the first time and to begin to learn how to use homeopathy for yourself, family and friends.

'The soul is the centre of our being and to be able to match a remedy to that level is a very valuable experience as healing then radiates outwards to every part of our being and lives.'

Natural support
Holistic support includes tools for body systems or functions that are weak or need support, as well as information on nutrition, lifestyle, and other health techniques. Practical and simple information matching the skill level and interest of the person for mindfulness, meditation, and exercise is also suggested, all of which are proven to lower stress and improve energy levels.

The Three Branches of Western Medicine
developed by Hippocrates

These three approaches are best used conjointly and collaboratively. All three branches used together provide a more comprehensive system to support health and are the basis of a holistic treatment. My training focuses on the first and second branches and working with other professionals specializing in the third branch.
  1. Supporting natural processes (Naturopathy) with herbs, whole foods, supplements and supports, as well as energy work, body awareness and following natural principles regarding our sleep, diet, habits, movement and exercise.
  2. Applying the law of similars (Homeopathy) that uses the principle Similia similibus curentur, 'let like be cured by like.' This brings the innate healing ability back into balance using only the minimum of what is required.
  3. Applying the law of contraries (Western Medicine) as an emergency method if step one and two are ineffective and the person is in a critical state.
