I offer a free 15 minute consultation by phone or online video conferencing. This time can be used to:

discuss your overall concerns and goals
find out what a holistic process involves
explore if homeopathy is a good fit for you
learn about the different services offered

Free weekly check-ins are part of most services. (excluding the 15 minute bookings.)

***Cancellation of a session requires at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to give proper notification will result in a charge of half the expected cost. Cancellation of a session with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge of the full cost of the session.

Online sessions are always available no matter where you live with online video conferencing. Working online can also be useful for people who have anxiety, phobias, mobility issues, severe pain, chronic fatigue, as well as for families with small children.

Lauren Trimble has a Diploma of Homeopathy and Naturopathy, and does not hold a licensed medical degree. The process offered is between a holistic health professional and a client and aims to support the entire person in a holistic manner. It is the client’s choice to make use of the suggestions presented to them. For diagnosis or medical tests, it is recommended to consult a licensed medical physician, licensed naturopathic doctor or a specialist. As a holistic health professional, Lauren is able to collaborate with other health practitioners from all disciplines since Homeopathy can be used safely in conjunction with traditional medical treatments.
